Terms of Use

Georgia Driving Test: DriveGE · Effective 15 July 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Georgia Driving Test: DriveGE app for Apple devices, together with any related services operated by IE Artem Dorozhkin (collectively, the "Application"). IE Artem Dorozhkin is referred to as the "Service Provider". By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Application. If you are below that age, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf. By using the Application, you represent that you are legally permitted to use it in your jurisdiction.

License to Use the Application

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Application, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the Application, including its code, design, trademarks, logos and branding. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Service Provider's trademarks or branding. You agree not to remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notices displayed in the Application.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Core features and category B are available free of charge. Pro unlocks all licence categories, unlimited practice and mock exams without ads, answer explanations with references to the law, and detailed statistics.

All purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. Payment is charged upon confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown on the purchase screen unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your device settings (Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions). If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Deleting the Application does not cancel an active subscription. Prices may vary by region and are always displayed before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

Advertising

The free version of the Application displays advertising provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob (Google LLC). Advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized. Personalized advertising is shown only if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; you can change this choice at any time in your device settings (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). Purchasing DriveGE Pro removes advertising from the Application.

Advertisements are supplied by third parties. The Service Provider does not control and does not endorse the products or services advertised, and is not a party to any transaction between you and an advertiser. Details of the data processed for advertising purposes, and of your choices, are set out in the Privacy Policy.

You must not click on advertisements fraudulently, use automated means to interact with advertisements, or otherwise interfere with the proper display and measurement of advertising in the Application.

Educational Disclaimer

The Application is an independent study aid for the driving licence theory examination in Georgia. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the LEPL Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia or any other government body. Official examination content, rules and procedures may change; the official information published by the Service Agency always prevails. The Service Provider does not guarantee that use of the Application will result in passing the examination.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Application to violate any applicable law or the rights of others, and not to interfere with the operation or security of the Application. In particular you must not upload or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, deceptive, or that contains malware; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or related systems; or use automated means to access or disrupt the Application.

User Content

Content that you create, upload or store using the Application remains yours. To the extent technically necessary to provide the service (for example processing, displaying or exporting your content at your request), you grant the Service Provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process that content. This license does not permit the Service Provider to sell your content or use it for purposes unrelated to providing the Application. You represent that you own or control all rights in the content you submit and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law. If you believe content violates these Terms or your rights, contact the Service Provider at iosappassistance@gmail.com; reports will be reviewed and appropriate action taken, and affected users may request further review of moderation decisions.

Third-Party Services

The Application relies on third-party services, including Apple's App Store and in-app purchase infrastructure and, where applicable, the third-party providers listed in the Privacy Policy. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and the Service Provider is not responsible for third-party services it does not control.

Network Access and Your Device

Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible for the Application not functioning at full capacity due to lack of connectivity or exhausted data allowance. You are responsible for any mobile data or roaming charges incurred while using the Application and, if you are not the bill payer, you confirm you have the bill payer's permission. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device; jailbreaking or rooting your device may compromise its security and cause the Application to malfunction.

Updates, Changes and Availability

The Service Provider may update or modify the Application, and may change or discontinue features, at any time. Updates may be required for continued use, and support for earlier versions may cease. The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application entirely; upon termination of the service, the licenses granted to you end and you should delete the Application from your devices. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you in advance.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any content or results will be accurate or reliable. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be lawfully excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Service Provider retains full liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The total liability of the Service Provider for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Application in the 12 months preceding the claim, or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from claims, liabilities, damages and reasonable expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or intentional misuse of the Application. This does not apply to claims arising from the Service Provider's own negligence, breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law, and is limited in jurisdictions that restrict consumer indemnification.

Termination

The Service Provider may suspend your access if you materially breach these Terms, with written notice and a 14-day opportunity to cure where the breach is capable of cure. Access may be suspended or terminated immediately without notice for violations of applicable law, infringement of intellectual property rights, or activity that could harm other users or the Service Provider. Upon termination, your right to use the Application ends and you must delete all copies from your devices.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider is established, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise. Disputes will be brought before the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law; nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have to bring a claim in a court that is competent under mandatory law.

DSA Compliance (Digital Services Act)

If the Application is an intermediary service as defined under the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, "DSA"), the following provisions apply in addition to the terms above.

Point of Contact. The Service Provider maintains a single point of contact for direct communication with EU authorities and recipients of the service, reachable at iosappassistance@gmail.com. Where the Service Provider is established outside the European Union, a legal representative in the EU has been designated in accordance with Article 13 of the DSA.

Content Moderation and Statement of Reasons. When the Service Provider restricts access to content, suspends or terminates an account, or otherwise limits the availability of the Application's features, a clear and specific statement of reasons will be provided to the affected user, in accordance with Article 17 of the DSA.

Notice and Action. Users and third parties may submit notices of allegedly illegal content through the contact details in these Terms. Notices will be processed promptly and diligently, acknowledged electronically, and a decision communicated without undue delay, in accordance with Article 16 of the DSA.

Out-of-Court Dispute Settlement. Disputes regarding content moderation decisions may be submitted to an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified in accordance with Article 21 of the DSA. This does not affect your right to seek judicial remedy under applicable law.

Transparency Reporting. The Service Provider publishes periodic transparency reports covering content moderation activities in accordance with Article 24 of the DSA; reports are available upon request at iosappassistance@gmail.com.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Service Provider concerning the Application.

Changes to These Terms

The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time and will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date. Previous versions are available upon request at iosappassistance@gmail.com.
