Privacy Policy
Georgia Driving Test: DriveGE · Effective 15 July 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the Georgia Driving Test: DriveGE app for Apple devices, together with any related services operated by IE Artem Dorozhkin (the "Service Provider") (collectively, the "Application").
What Information Does the Application Obtain and How Is It Used?
The Application has no registration or login and does not ask you for personal information such as your name, email or phone number. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data (such as your ephemeral IP address) is transmitted to facilitate network connectivity.
The Application uses third-party services that automatically collect certain data to display advertising and to process purchases. Through these services the following data may be collected:
- Identifiers — a device identifier, including the advertising identifier (IDFA), and an app-specific user identifier.
- Advertising and usage data — information about the ads shown to you and your interaction with the app.
- Approximate (coarse) location — derived from your IP address or device settings, used by the advertising service.
- Purchase history — your subscriptions and purchases within the app.
- Diagnostics — crash and performance data.
The Application itself does not store this data on its own servers; it is collected and processed by the third-party providers listed below.
Which Third Parties Have Access to This Information?
The Application relies on the following third parties, which have their own privacy policies:
- Google AdMob (advertising) — Google LLC. Collects device/advertising identifiers, advertising and usage data, approximate location and diagnostics to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads. See the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses data from apps that use its services.
- RevenueCat (purchase and subscription management) — collects purchase history and an app-specific user identifier to manage and restore your purchases. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Advertising and Tracking (App Tracking Transparency)
To support personalized advertising, the advertising identifier may be used to track you across other companies' apps and websites. On first launch, the Application asks for your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. If you do not allow tracking, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant. Depending on your region, you may also be shown a consent message for personalized advertising as required by applicable law; you can change your choice as described in that message.
Location
The Application does not collect precise (GPS) information about the location of your device.
Your Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings, and control ad tracking via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (and by resetting your advertising identifier in iOS settings). If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider (for example by email), you may request deletion of that information by contacting iosappassistance@gmail.com.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. Because the Application displays third-party advertising, it is not directed to children. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider so that the necessary actions can be taken.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data directly, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider and its providers implement reasonable safeguards to protect any data they hold. If a data breach occurs involving data you have voluntarily provided, the Service Provider will notify you as required by applicable law.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will post material changes on this page with a new effective date. Previous versions are available upon request at iosappassistance@gmail.com.
Your Consent
By using the Application you consent to the processing of data as described in this Privacy Policy. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
