Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the Cleaner app for Apple devices operated by IE Artem Dorozhkin (the "Service Provider") (the "Application"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Application. If you are below that age, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.

License to Use the Application

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Application, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The Service Provider retains all intellectual property rights in the Application, including its code, design, trademarks, logos and branding. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Service Provider's trademarks or branding.

Deleting Content Is Your Decision

The Application helps you review photos, videos and contacts that may be redundant, but every deletion or merge is initiated and confirmed by you. Photos and videos are deleted through the iOS system dialog and are moved to the Recently Deleted album, from which they can be recovered for a limited time as provided by iOS. Contact merges combine duplicate contacts and remove the redundant copies; this cannot be undone by the Application. Please review your selection carefully before confirming any action. The Service Provider is not responsible for content you choose to delete.

Secret Space

Secret Space stores your private photos, videos, contacts and notes locally on your device, protected by a passcode you create. If you forget your passcode, the Service Provider cannot recover it for you. Items in Secret Space exist only on your device: they are not backed up separately by the Application, and deleting the Application permanently deletes the contents of Secret Space. Keep independent backups of anything important.

Speaker Care Tool

The speaker tool plays audio tones intended to help dislodge water droplets and dust from the device speaker. It is provided as-is, without any guarantee of effectiveness, and is not a repair service. It is not a substitute for professional repair of water-damaged devices. Use reasonable volume and keep the device away from your ear while tones are playing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Application to violate any applicable law or the rights of others, and not to interfere with the operation or security of the Application.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Application. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes

The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time and will post material changes on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
